| Nobel Peace Prize for What? |
 |
How does a President receive a Nobel Peace Prize when American school children groan and suffer under "US Government" Sanctioned School Abuse and Fatalities? More than 2000 reports of abuse are submitted daily. That number is increasing and reporting is not mandatory.
"Whup'n" children is a violent methodology used too often in rearing Black American children to make them behave. It is a leftover tactic from slavery days. Uninformed parents and sadistic educators and administrators entrenched in the mentality of ole' slave massa' wholeheartedly embrace this form of punishment. |

| NAACP Condones the Beating of Black American School Children |
 |
By coming together, the NAACP, alone, is capable of bringing this American tragedy to an end in just ONE day.
This "pipeline to prison" tactic for the Black American community is condoned by the Judiciary, Legislative, and shockingly enough, our Black American President led, Executive branch.
Science has proven that whup'n children causes low grades, depression, condones violence in our communities, and "leaves our children behind."
Yet, see how the NAACP cheers for whup’n ‘em! |

| Beat'n Us Like 200 Years Ago |
 |
Al Sharpton, President Barack Obama, Newt Gingrich, Mike Bloomberg, Arne, George Miller, Gregory Kutz...like Marvin Gaye would say, "What's going on?"
Why are our Black American leaders and government officials pimp'n our American school children, particularly our Black boys and girls.
Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., was he the last man of integrity; the last man with any heart for mankind, fellow-Americans, and dare I say, for children?

| Message to Alice Farmer Part 1 |
 |

| Message to Alice Farmer Part 2 |
 |
What ever the condition is of the teachers beating our children, they are destroying their victims' confidence, self-esteem, ability to internalize moral values, ability to relate to others and solve problems peacefully. They are turning them into school haters, authority haters, and training them to do the same to others when they are in a position to "dish it out," thus positioning them for a path that leads to crime and dysfunctional relationships.
Is it because the primary targets are Black Americans, particularly boys, Native Americans, Latinos, and children with special needs that the Government Accountability Office (GAO) is failing TO DO ITS JOB of holding Congress "ACCOUNTABLE" for adhering to the U S Constitution, thereby protecting children in these states and in our territories from harm.

A resident of Tennessee said, "Black boys are beaten by teachers for fun in Pulaski, TN." We reported this to Gov. Bredesen. He has failed to respond to several verifiable reports of child abuse in his schools.
Operation Stop and Replace wants schools like those in Pulaski to STOP beating our children and to REPLACE this old-school barbaric practice with proven positive discipline models. |
